File server data to OneDrive for Business

Moved 10 TB of file server data to OneDrive for Business after removing old and duplicate data and mapping legacy permissions.
The problem
A file server held 10 TB of data, much of it old or duplicated, with permissions built up over many years.
What I did
I removed old and duplicate data first, mapped the legacy permissions to the new structure, and then moved the data with Migration Manager and ShareGate.
The result
10 TB of cleaned data now sits in OneDrive for Business with permissions that match the way people work today.
